Job summary

Miller & Carter - Solihull is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership. You will mentor staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage service standards, and help drive performance across the restaurant in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

The role offers progression opportunities within the Miller & Carter brand and the chance to lead a dedicated team in a busy steakhouse environment.
