Job summary

Miller & Carter - Sheffield City Centre is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will mentor individuals, participate in the 3-day Steak School, and help drive service standards, while enjoying progression opportunities, generous staff discounts, pension and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management and leading a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train staff.
• Ability to act as Duty Manager and support General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to WOW guests and drive repeat visits.
