Job summary

Miller & Carter - Mailbox is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, leading your team, and delivering superb guest experiences.

You will mentor individuals to be their best, drive service standards, and help create memorable moments that keep guests coming back. This role offers development and the chance to be part of Mitchells & Butlers' Steak School.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Proven ability to train and motivate a team to deliver guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and drive repeat visits.
