Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Miller & Carter in Chertsey. You will support the General Manager, lead the team, and deliver a standout guest experience.

You’ll mentor individuals to be the best they can be and help drive excellence across service, food and hospitality in a busy steakhouse environment. You’ll be part of a team that values progression, offers benefits including pension and 28 days holiday, and supports personal growth through our Steak School and staff

• Evidence of previous management experience in a hospitality or food-led venue.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
