Job summary

Inn at Scarcroft, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, invites you to join us as Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead a friendly team and ensure memorable guest experiences.

You'll role model high standards, train and motivate colleagues, manage shifts and drive superb service while benefiting from M&B's brand discounts, pension, 28 days holiday and employee support services.

• Experience in management to support the General Manager and day-to-day operations.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.

As Assistant Manager at the Inn at Scarcroft , you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success.
