Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC invites an Assistant Manager to join the Snowy Owl, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, inspire your team and ensure a memorable guest experience in a warm, welcoming pub setting.

You will mentor staff, lead by example, and drive high standards in service, food and hospitality. Join a team that values growth, teamwork and making guests feel at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management preferred.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Lead by example and guide development within the team.
• Drive moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
