Job summary

Nando's is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Salisbury area who is passionate about people and ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll drive legendary customer service, run smooth shifts, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence on every shift.

You’ll follow a three-month training plan and have access to growth programmes designed to promote internal career progression, including a pathway from Assistant Manager to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to deliver legendary customer service and manage shifts effectively.
• Strong planning, scheduling and people placement to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey on shift across Eat-in, Collection and Delivery.
• Keep each shift running smoothly with effective planning and real-time insights.
• Inspire and develop your team to grow and take the next step within Nando's.
