Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a team, supervise shifts and deliver our legendary customer service. You will be responsible for running smooth shifts, inspiring a high-performing team and driving operational excellence across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

This role rewards a passion for people, strong leadership and a drive to grow with us through development programmes and a structured training plan.
