Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, motivate the team and deliver the famed PERi-PERi service. You’ll drive great guest experiences and ensure smooth operations across busy periods.

You’ll follow a three-month training plan, manage customer journeys across Eat-in, Collection and Delivery, and drive operational excellence while enjoying generous perks and clear career growth.
