Nando's in London’s Soho is seeking an Assistant Manager ready to lead busy shifts, inspire teams and uphold our legendary service standard. You’ll own the customer journey on shift, from Eat-in to Delivery, and ensure smooth operations while delivering great results.

You'll develop your people through coaching, plan staffing with smart scheduling, and drive performance with real-time insights. If you’re passionate about hospitality and growth, join us to take the next step in your leadership

Formación

• Strong leadership to motivate and inspire your team on every shift.
• Experience leading teams, managing fast-paced shifts, and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to plan shifts, schedule staff, and optimize operations.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop as a leader.
• Ability to identify and nurture talent.
• Ownership of the customer journey on shift (Eat-in, Collect, Delivery).
