Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery in Rotherham. You will support the General Manager, lead your team to deliver great guest experiences, and mentor individuals to reach their potential in a busy pub-restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience required.
• Ability to train and develop a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Coach and lead the team to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Act as Duty Manager in the General Manager's absence.
• Inspire guests to have memorable visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
