Job summary

Wed2B UK and ROI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Belfast (In-store) to lead a driven sales team and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, performance, and customer-first service in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive sales, support the Store Manager, and own store success, while upholding brand standards and a luxurious customer journey. This part-time position offers 36 hours per week with a base salary plus commission.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
• Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
• Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
• Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
• Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
• Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
• Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
