Job summary

Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Preston to lead the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest and team safety in a warm pub setting.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, drive guest experiences that WOW, and train colleagues to deliver great service. If you have hospitality experience, strong communication, and a passion for guest satisfaction, join us to grow with us.
