Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Dukes Head Billericay to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, mentor the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You'll lead by example, train staff, and help drive the business in a premium pub environment with a focus on service, teamwork and industry-leading standards.
