Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team. You’ll support the General Manager, lead from the front, and deliver memorable guest experiences while helping the business hit financial and KPI targets. You’ll motivate your team on every shift, uphold brand standards, and deputise when the GM isn’t around.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a pub team and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Track record of supporting GM to achieve financial and KPI targets.

• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.

As an Assistant Manager you'll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you'll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
