Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in the UK to lead shifts, inspire a team and uphold our PERi-PERi standards. You’ll live the brand values and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across all channels.

You’ll drive development of your team, maintain high service levels, and contribute to ongoing restaurant success with a hands-on, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Customer-obsessed with the ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift teams to deliver great service.
• Ensure the customer journey is smooth and brand standards are met on shift.
• Develop talent and identify future managers for progression.

Salary up to: £37,300.00
