Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Fareham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and shifts. You will drive the guest experience, ensure service standards, and energize the team to deliver consistent PERi-PERi excellence across all channels.

We are looking for someone with prior management experience, high energy, and a passion to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for progression within the brand.

• Previous management experience and bucket-loads of energy to inspire and motivate.
