Job summary

Nando's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bournemouth to lead shifts and inspire the team to deliver the PERi-PERi experience customers expect. You’ll be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a smooth customer journey, and upholding the brand values in a fast-paced setting.

You will develop your team, drive talent for future leadership, and maintain high standards across restaurant operations, while enjoying the role's progression and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience and energy to lead a team.
• Customer obsession and ability to deliver PERi-PERi to customers consistently.

Salary up to: £31,000.00
