Job summary

Nando’s UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy restaurant team with passion and energy. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional PERi-PERi experiences in a fast-paced environment.

• Drive the development of your team and spot talent for the future managers.
• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift across all channels.

Salary up to: £31,000.00
