Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant teams and uphold our PERi-PERi standards. You’ll manage shifts, coach staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints. The role combines hands-on leadership with brand guidance in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll benefit from a structured 3-month training plan from Day 1, a competitive bonus, and opportunities for internal progression within our UK & IRE network.
