Nando's Northampton is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire the team, ensuring exceptional PERi-PERi customer service every shift. You will manage daily operations, train staff, and drive the guest journey from kitchen to table while upholding our brand values.

The role includes a 4-week sabbatical after five years, free meals, staff discounts, travel opportunities, team bonding, a structured 3-month training plan from day one, and a strong internal progression track toward leadership
