Pho Oxford is seeking a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team in Oxford. You will help lead front-of-house and kitchen operations, mentor staff, and ensure a memorable guest experience in our bustling Pho restaurant in Oxford.

The role offers a salary up to £43,400 per year, comprising a base of £32,400 plus tronc, with strong opportunities for training and growth within a lively, team-oriented brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience.
• Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
• A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
