Job summary

Marston's PLC is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the pub management team. You will support the General Manager, lead from the front, and create memorable experiences that keep guests returning.

You will drive team motivation on every shift and take accountability when deputising for the GM. There is potential to progress into a General Manager role through our Aspire programme.

Job description

As an Assistant Manager you will: Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you will lead from the front to create memorable experiences that get our guests coming back for more.
