Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around and leading from the front to create memorable guest experiences.

The Aspire programme supports progression into a General Manager role, with a performance bonus, staff discounts, flexible hours, on-site accommodation where available, and access to award-winning training platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/ Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.
• Ability to deputise for the GM and drive KPIs.
• Passion for leading and motivating teams.
