Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high‑energy team. You’ll live our PERi-PERi brand, coach colleagues on service standards and drive a great guest experience across dine‑in and delivery.

You’ll help develop your team, manage shifts, and play a key part in financial performance. The role offers a structured 3‑month training plan, progression opportunities, and the chance to grow with a beloved global brand.

• Previous management experience and energy to inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Live and coach the customer journey on shift across all channels.
• Lead and develop the team to drive great guest service.
• Oversee shifts and ensure brand standards are met daily.
