Job summary

The Bell and Crown in Chiswick, part of Fuller’s family, is seeking an Assistant Manager who can create a welcoming atmosphere for staff and guests while managing daily operations.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced pub environment, participate in training, ensure high standards of service, and benefit from Fuller's rewards, including discounts, health plan, and Wagestream access.

Qualifications

• Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for the team and customers.
• Hands-on leader able to manage day-to-day running of the business.
• Confident manager with good decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in daily pub operations and staffing.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
