Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Newbury is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the store. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and create a positive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused environment that reflects our values. You'll also take on the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.

Key responsibilities include:

About You
