Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Toby Carvery - Strathclyde Park to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff to become the best they can be, drive service standards, and help foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and special. The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a fun, hosting culture.
