Job summary

Spread Eagle is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team and help drive standards, performance and guest experience at the Romiley pub. You’ll work closely with the management team, develop the team and contribute fresh ideas within Almond Family Pubs.

You’ll lead shifts, coach staff, maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, and support recruitment and training to build a long-term hospitality career.

Assistant Manager – Spread Eagle, Romiley

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at the Spread Eagle.

The Spread Eagle is a well-established community pub with a fantastic reputation, a loyal guest base and an experienced team who genuinely care about what they do. Many of our team members have been with us for years, creating a welcoming culture and strong relationships with our guests that we're incredibly proud of.

We're now looking for an Assistant Manager who can build on that strong foundation.

Working closely with Luke and the wider management team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the pub, developing the team and helping drive standards, performance and guest experience. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact, contribute fresh ideas and continue developing their hospitality career within a growing family business.
