Almond Family Pubs in Cheadle Hulme is seeking an Assistant Manager to support and lead a busy, food-led site with 200 covers inside and 230 outside. You will serve guests in the bar & restaurant, train & lead our team, and help run busy services & special events.

The role requires a real passion for hospitality, warmth, and outstanding customer service, plus a proactive approach to team development. We offer training, progression and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Warm, friendly presence with strong communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor front of house teams.

Responsibilities

Our newly refurbished and rebranded premium pub in Cheadle Hulme is looking for a brilliant Assistant Manager to support and lead alongside a fantastic management team. With 200 indoor covers and a further 230 outside, this is a big, busy, food-led site that will be a true community hub. Expect a fresh, seasonal menu, classic pub favourites with a premium twist, and a new team to develop and lead. Our Assistant Managers

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our pub. That means you'll be serving guests in the bar & restaurant, training & leading our team and managing busy services & special events. As Assistant Manager at Almond Family Pubs, you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management.

• Competent use of the EPOS, back office stock systems, HR and Microsoft packages
