Job summary

Spread Eagle is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team and help drive standards, performance and guest experience at the Romiley pub. You’ll work closely with the management team, develop the team and contribute fresh ideas within Almond Family Pubs.

You’ll lead shifts, coach staff, maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, and support recruitment and training to build a long-term hospitality career.

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally and confidently.
• Supporting labour control, stock processes and operational compliance.
• Working alongside the management team to identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and team performance.
