Job summary

Flaming Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team in Cottingham. You will support the General Manager daily, lead by example, and help deliver exceptional experiences for customers while upholding brand standards.

You will train and develop the team, acting as a role model and ensuring safety and standards across shifts to maintain our welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adequate spoken and written English to perform role safely.
