Job summary

DIECAST is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide our front-of-house team and uphold the high standards our guests expect. You’ll lead with positivity, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure smooth daily operations from opening to close.

You’ll train and develop staff, handle guest queries with warmth, stay calm under pressure, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient, and memorable dining experience in a bustling Manchester setting.
