What You’ll Do:

• Keep Service Running Smoothly:Oversee the restaurant and bar, dealing with any issues quickly and ensuring everything runs efficiently from open to close.
• Champion the Guest Experience:Greet guests, handle queries, and ensure every person who walks through the door feels valued and looked after.
• Support & Develop the Team:Help train new starters and encourage the development of existing team members, building a confident, cohesive team.
