Job summary

Shy Horse, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager at Vintage Inns. You will lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences, mentor staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will step in as Duty Manager when the GM isn’t on duty and help grow talent across the pub group. Join us to foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture, maintain brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a warm, village-style inn

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a busy hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and motivate teams to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Willingness to step in as Duty Manager when required.

As Assistant Manager at the Shy Horse, you'll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be! If you want to be part of the Inn crowd, we want to hear from you., your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
