Job summary

Malt Shovel is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver excellent guest experiences. You will mentor staff to be the best they can be, while promoting a welcoming atmosphere at the Malt Shovel.

• Experience in management or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
