Salary: Up to £30,000 + TRONC

Your Role as Assistant Manager:

As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and helping to ensure every guest leaves smiling. You'll lead by example, drive service standards, and contribute to the continued success of a venue much-loved by locals and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate front and back-of-house teams
• Help deliver an exceptional guest experience through strong leadership and attention to detail
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow the business
• Take ownership of operational standards when deputising for the General Manager
• Manage function and bedroom bookings with professionalism and care
• Support the delivery of financial targets through careful cost control and team engagement

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium hospitality venue
• Confident leadership style and a passion for quality food & drink
• A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Well-organised and efficient, especially when handling bookings and event planning
• A “whatever it takes” attitude to get the job done
