Role Purpose

Our Assistant Managers are a vital part of our leadership team. With our focus on internal promotion, there are clear progression paths to General Manager for those eager to develop. You should be passionate about excellent food, drinks (especially cocktails and craft beer), and service, with a keen eye for detail. We value work/life balance, so all Assistant Managers are contracted to work 40 hours per week.

You will drive the Craft House Way, our operational standards, and promote product knowledge and training across our food and beverage offerings. Above all, be ready to learn and develop alongside our senior team.

As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities include leading shifts, opening and closing the pub, assisting with recruitment, training and coaching the team, managing health and safety, and focusing on sales growth.
