Job summary

All Bar One Luton Airport is recruiting for an Assistant Manager based at Luton Airport (Airside). You will support the General Manager, motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experiences, and mentor individuals to reach their best.

The role requires flexible shifts in line with airport hours and weekend availability, with a thorough recruitment process including background checks. Passport or driving licence may be requested.

This role is based within Luton Airport (Airside). The typical shift pattern for this role will be varied in line with airport opening and closing hours with weekend availability required.

For airport security, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You may be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.
