Job summary

Dukes Head Billericay, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team to success. You will mentor individuals to be the best they can be and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver great food, drink, and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is not present and lead by example.
• Drive guest moments that encourage repeat visits.
