All Bar One Luton Airport is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Based at Luton Airport (Airside) with varied shifts and weekend availability, the role includes mentoring staff and acting as Duty Manager when the General Manager is not on duty. Mitchells & Butlers PLC offers progression opportunities and valuable employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a hospitality or bar/restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff to deliver great guest experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service and guest experience.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is not on duty.

This role is based within Luton Airport (Airside). The typical shift pattern for this role will be varied in line with airport opening and closing hours with weekend availability required.

For airport security, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You may be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.
