All Bar One Luton Airport is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the airport location.

You’ll train and inspire your team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive service excellence while upholding brand standards. The role requires flexibility with weekend hours and a willingness to pass airport security checks.

This role is based within Luton Airport (Airside). The typical shift pattern for this role will be varied in line with airport opening and closing hours with weekend availability required.

For airport security, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You may be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.
