Job summary

All Bar One Harrogate is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, drive daily operations, and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll mentor, coach and empower colleagues, uphold brand standards and service levels, and act as Duty Manager to keep the business running smoothly across busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day running, covering Duty Manager shifts when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proudly delivered.
