Base pay range

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join us at Buzz Bingo Cricklewood. This full-time role requires flexibility to work during all opening hours, working 7 days a week, with a pay up to £39,000 p/a depending on experience.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you will lead teams, inspire excellence, and ensure guests leave happy. Supporting the General Manager, you will oversee customer service, compliance, operations, and team development, contributing to growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee operational areas including front-of-house, slots, and bingo
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and customer service
• Support initiatives to increase attendance and loyalty
• Manage staff rotas, training, and performance reviews
• Cover for the General Manager when needed

Candidate Profile

• Experienced leader in hospitality, leisure, or retail management
• Hands-on with strong presence and engagement on the floor
• Proactive, with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Organized with strong communication abilities
• Knowledge of compliance in regulated environments (advantageous)
• Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
