We are excited to announce the opening of a new site at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team at this iconic London location, which has been a destination for music creators for over 90 years, hosting some of the world’s greatest artists, producers, composers, and musicians.

This role offers the opportunity to work in Abbey Road’s restaurant and in-studio dining area; a hub that serves as the heart of the Studio’s community for our team and creative visitors.

The primary responsibility is to ensure customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner, and that the staff restaurant meets the highest standards expected from Lexington, our customers, and the client.

Salary up to £38,000 depending on experience

What you’ll be doing…

As an Assistant Manager, you will lead teams to ensure proactive management on site, including recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting staff to deliver high-quality, efficient service to Elior UK, our customers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Motivating and managing a team
• Controlling and managing budgets
• Ensuring effective communication within the team, building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence
• Maintaining compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues
