KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Shift Managers and Crew
- Support the delivery of high-quality burgers and fries
- Create a positive work environment where the team enjoys their work
- Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints promptly
- Lead by example, working alongside the team on the line and floor
- Support the General Manager and contribute to store results
- Own your P&L: drive sales and control costs
- Oversee daily operations and plan for the future
- Uphold company values in all actions
- Develop your team to build a strong talent pipeline
