Seafood Pub Company is seeking an Assistant Manager to join The Hesketh Arms in Rufford. You will help the General Manager lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive service standards across shifts.

You’ll work in a busy pub environment, manage daily operations, train staff, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that showcases great food and drink. We offer flexible shifts, a profit-share scheme, and opportunities for progression within our six-pub group.
