Job summary

The Hesketh Arms in Rufford is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team for the opening post-refurbishment period. You will be responsible for running a section, delivering high-quality dishes, and thriving in a busy kitchen.

We offer flexible shifts, bespoke training programmes, and various staff benefits including service charge tips, food and hotel discounts, and annual events. Start from 26 October 2026 for two weeks of training, with earlier starts possible at sister sites.

We are looking for a Chef de Partieto join our team!
This role is for our opening post-refurbishment. A suitable candidate must be available to start from 26th October 2026 for our 2-week training period pre-opening. An earlier start can be accommodated working at one of our sister sites for training.
