MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Dun Cow at Vintage Inns. You will support the General Manager, motivate and mentor your team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a warm, welcoming pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Ability to train and inspire a team.
• Experience as a Duty Manager or similar supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drink, and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create WOW moments that encourage guests to return.
