Job summary

The Cunning Man in Reading is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to act as Duty Manager when required.

You will lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional food and drinks service, mentor staff, and drive a welcoming guest experience that keeps guests returning.

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
